Evetta Sloan spent several years working as a civil servant for the State of Wisconsin before joining OEDI, using her knowledge to assist individuals from the state’s most vulnerable populations. Serving as a Program and Policy Analyst for the Department of Health Services, she provided administrative program support within the State’s Medicaid, food supplement, and long term care social services programs. In the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Sloan managed a facet of the state’s supplier diversity program as a certification consultant for minority, women, and disabled-veteran owned businesses. A Madison, Wisconsin native, she earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Madison College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Upper Iowa.
