7/1/09 PRISM Update

Production Testing

The PRISM Student Information System has been upgraded and the Development Team and select campus testers began testing the system on Wednesday, July 1, one day ahead of schedule. The PRISM Team is currently working through a number of minor issues that were reported. There have not been any significant issues reported to date and we’ll continue testing through Friday, July 3.

Read Only PRISM Information

A read only copy of PRISM information was made available to campus Student Services and Business Offices on Monday June 29.A few campuses did experience access issues to the site which were addressed within the day by Central IT Support and the FASTAR group. To date, all campuses have access to this information.

Production Rollout on Schedule

The production rollout of PRISM is on schedule for 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009.
