6/26/09 PRISM Update

PRISM Upgrade in Progress

The PRISM Student Information System Upgrade is underway. Student information is not available at this time. A “read-only” copy of the records will be available to Student Services and a link with details on how to access the records will be sent out the morning of Monday, June 29, 2009.

Upgrade activities commence.

PRISM 9.0 available to PRISM Team and select campus users for testing.

Monday, July 6

8:00 a.m.

PRISM available to all users.

Reporting Issues

A number of upgrade specific mailboxes have been created to help simplify the management of issues.  The mailboxes should be used once the upgrade is released into the production environment for select user testing. The mailboxes include:
