April 5th - SAN maintenance
The UWC SAN is in need of a maintenance reboot. This will be performed Saturday 4/5/2008 starting at 7:30am.
The following servers will be unavailable from 7:30am until 8:30am during this maintenance.
- UWCWEB1 – Central Web services and Campus Web Sites (http://www.uwc.edu will not be affected by this outage)
- ADMNT1 – Central File/Print Services
- ADMIN1 – ImageNow Services

We will be replacing the memory in the Infosys1 Novell server today, Thursday, Mar 27, 2008 at 5:30 pm. We are replacing the memory in the server to prevent the server outages that we have experienced yesterday and this morning.
We expect to the outage to last approximately 30 minutes while we shut down the server, remove the old memory, install the new memory and then restart the server.
Please save any open files before 5:30 pm. Access to your G:\ and I:\ drives and your browser favorites will be interrupted by this outage.

We are experiencing critical errors on the Infosys1 Novell server. Yesterday, a similar problem occurred and replacement parts were ordered. Please save your files often throughout the day while we work through this hardware problem. As more information becomes available it will be posted on this web page. We apologize for the inconvenience.
