When I began my first semester at UW-Fox Valley, I expected to just go to my classes and go to work, nothing too complex. As I continued, I became involved with Cru, a Christian organization on campus, which helped me get involved and connected with people and our school. I did not expect to make a lot of new friends with UW-Fox being a two-year school, but being involved has resulted in many new relationships and opportunities.

I chose UWFox because it is extremely affordable compared to other universities. I also really enjoy my current job, so I am glad I am able to continue to work there during the school year to save for school. Being able to live at home to save money and see my family is important to me as well.

Meeting with professors is very helpful. Do not be afraid or hesitant to talk to your professors if you have questions. They truly want you to succeed in their class and they are very understanding!
